We welcomed in 2012 with our new metal combination: palladium 500 and sterling silver.
You can create any of our ring styles or a custom designed ring in this mokume metal combination. It will give you the same crisp color contrast of the palladium 950 and sterling silver as well as being very similar to the 14K palladium white gold and sterling silver, but at a very attractive price.
On average a ring in palladium 500 and sterling silver will be approximately $1000.00 less than the same ring in 14K palladium white gold and sterling silver.
This metal combination is available in all of our patterns: tight wood grain, tight star, canyon and bamboo.
Finish of Rings: We ship the rings with a glass bead blast matte finish. We do not recommend a high polish finish, as that reflects light obscuring the pattern. If you wish to have a high polish finish, it is only available on non-etched rings and needs to be specifically requested.
Over time and wear, the finish on a ring will change and take on its own individual patina. Each ring will change depending on the environment to which the ring is exposed as well as individual wearer's personal body chemistry. All precious metals, including palladium, will scratch from regular wear; this is considered normal and part of the personal patina the ring will take on.
These palladium wedding bands are just a few examples of this dynamic new metal combination. This palladium 500 and sterling silver metal combination makes unique and affordable mokume wedding rings. Check back to see new creations in this wonderful new metal combination!
