If you would like to order directly through us the best option is to call 1-877-408-7287 (or 1-36-756-6550 if outside North America) and speak with Joya or Terry to place your order. The best time to call us is Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 4:00 pm pacific time If you are not able to contact us during those times please leave a message and we will return your call at our earliest opportunity.
Our turn-around time varies depending on the time of year and type of ring ordered. Our average turn-around is 6 to 8 weeks for rings without stone settings and 6 to 10 weeks for rings with stone settings. Rings that are custom designed (usually involving a CAD drawing) require a longer turn-around time; we recommend allowing 12 to 16 weeks. If you need your ring sooner than the stated times, please let us know and we will see what we can do to assist you.
If you order from us we will send you a set of metal ring gauges to verify the size of the ring(s). We usually send gauges from a half size down to a half size up from the stated size in quarter size increments, in the width of the ring ordered. You can place your order without knowing your ring size.
If you live outside the U.S you may place an order via phone, fax, postal mail or email. If you live outside of North America please call 1-360-756-6550. Do NOT send any credit card information prior to placing your order and discussing with us the most secure way to send the credit card information.
Since each ring and piece of jewelry is custom made for an individual client we request a deposit of 50%; the balance is due before we ship your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as money orders and personal checks that are drawn on a US bank. If you pay by check or money order, the balance is due ten days before we ship. In addition, there is a shipping and insurance charge, which is dependent on the shipping method and the amount to insure. Shipping charges will need to be confirmed at the time of the order. If you reside in Washington state your order is subject to sales tax.
For international orders a bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. All prices quoted are in US dollars. Custom/duty/tax charges are the responsibility of the client; please check with the appropriate authorities for information.
