We strive to make each and every ring and piece of jewelry to the highest level of workmanship. Though defects are unlikely to occur, we warrant all work against defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a problem with the materials or workmanship we will make the repair at no charge to you.
All questions or concerns about your item must be communicated to us within fourteen days of the shipping date. We will make all endeavors to repair your purchase. If we determine there is a defect in the materials or workmanship, which we cannot fix to your satisfaction, the sale will be cancelled. However since all items are custom made we may, at our discretion, require a 20% restocking fee based on the original cost of the item.
For shipping security, we must be aware when an item is on its way back to us. Please do not send anything back without first contacting us for a return authorization. All items shipped to us should be shipped via Registered U.S. Mail.
