Throwback Thursday! Always in style. This set in palladium 950 and sterling silver was made in 2012. We set her 0.69ct diamond in a tapered platinum bezel. Her bands are 3.5mm wide each and his is 6mm. Classic and timeless. We can make this style in all our precious metal combinations.

Gemstone Tuesday! May's birthstone is the green emerald. It's the perfect gemstone for the middle of Spring. It is also the gemstone for the 20th and 35th wedding anniversaries. Its vibrant green color reminds us of the new growth of Spring. Emeralds are 7.5 to 8 on the MOHS hardness scale...so more susceptible to scratches than diamonds. Though other cuts are available the "emerald cut" is the most common cut for an emerald which is a rectangular step cut. We set this 1.46ct emerald cut emerald (7.6mm x 6.1mm) in a tapered cathedral bezel setting in mokume of 18K yellow gold, 14K palladium white gold and sterling silver.
