You will find that you will even see more of the yellow gold in the mokume as your eyes will be drawn to the yellow gold. Add a few flush set diamonds or gemstones.
Rails frame the mokume and for many people that really shows off the mokume. Keep in mind, though, that rails are 1mm to 1.2mm each (your choice) so you will see a bit less of the mokume than you would in the same width band without rails.
